And now Rasputin is on his way! A few things have changed... and a few things have not.

First off, there is a new line in the status bar at the bottom, which says, travelling. You'll see this all through this turn, as a reminder. There are other status messages which can go in that spot, such as when your character is wounded, in prison, or away at a tournament.
What hasn't changed? He hasn't spent any hours yet. Travel in BattleMaster takes place when the turn changes, and it uses the hours that your character hasn't already spent. Rasputin still has seven hours on the clock, and it will take four hours for him to arrive in Irombro. There are a few eventualities that can prevent him arriving next turn, but in general, so long as he has at least four hours left on the clock when this turn ends, he will arrive in Irombro next turn. If he spends four or more hours this turn (leaving him with fewer than four unspent hours) then his arrival will be delayed, and next turn he will still be in transit, between regions.
