Due to some conflicts that have happened recently, I have decided to reverse the long-standing policy allowing government members to punish nobles who protest against them.

In the past, it was perfectly viable to say that those who dislike their realm's leadership should leave and find a different realm—and destroy the old realm, if it's bad enough. Today, with many fewer players and realms, that is no longer a realistic or helpful option.

As such, government members are now forbidden from enacting any punishment on characters for protesting. This has been added to the Government Rules.

Of course, protesting abusively will not be tolerated, and can be reported to the Titans.
